4/17/2019	Bill Gibbons of FO#5 was heading by the place and he did note that the field by Highway 30 did have pooled manure at the ends (north & south) as well as the ends (east & west). Told Kevin about the complaint and he talked with his applicators (Midwest) and they were going to incorporate the areas of the field. Later in the day Kevin said it was done.	JEFF THEOBALD
