11/4/2010	On-site investigation 11/3/10. Met with Jim Hommes - son of John Hommes. Jim claimed tile line was running "dirty" the night before -contamintated with runoff water from Rock River Feedyards irrigating from SOFEB. Tile line was running clear on day of investigation, no manure smell. Jim claimed runoff from Rock River Feedlot farm field adjacent to his property had run off onto his land and flowed into creek this summer and will in the future - I observed no evidence of this.
