3/11/2019	Site is located adjacent to the creek. There is a small buffer between the pens and the creek. The pens come to the edge of the ditch where there is a small ridge to keep manure out of the ditch. There was natural water running in the ditch to the creek. There were no areas which showed signs of water from the feedlot getting to the ditch and then to the creek. This lot however is very vulnerable to using the ditch if there is a discharge, they indicated they are planning on an engineered solution so they will not have problems in the future. David Hartje.
