11/17/2016	Manure was generated form Brent's site and was closer than 1250 feet to home, but no separation distances for open lot manure. I spoke with Mr. Elyea and explained this. Brent explained that James Mett farms it and normally it will be spread soon after and worked in. Brent will try to pile further away in future to avoid conflict. No violations.	LOIS BENSON
