3/8/2010	On 3-2-10, Dennis Ostwinkle and I drove around the Polymer Plant, got downwind, and tried to smell the odor that the complainant was describing. We did not smell anything abnormal. The Polymer Plant did not appear to operating at full capacity (1 of 3 cooling fans operating on the cooling tower). Later i spoke to Emily Hoeft, ADM Polymer environmental staff, she indicated that the Polymer Plant was in start up phase. She wasn't aware of any issues that contributed to abnomral odors.
