2/20/2012	I spoke with Rick and RuthAnn. Rick stated he had applied dirty snow that had less than 5% manure onto the ground in question. He claims he already has ground to replace the 80 ac that RuthAnn purchased. Stated he would not apply actual manure to ground that he would not benefit from as far as the crop yeild is concerned. He also stated he will not apply any more snow onto this ground. RuthAnn claims it was not dirty snow that was applied, it was manure. She does not want excessive amounts applied to the same piece of ground that will soon be in her possession and wants Rick to comply with DNR regulations.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
