6/23/2014	Telephone conversation with Scott. I informed him of complaint. He said receved another 4 inches of rain over the weekend and 2 pens are flooded and has one SOFEB within a foot of running over. He said there be some effluent leaving his field but that he wanted to get some out because of flooded pens and full SOFEB. I informed him of NPDES permit requirements for land application of effluent and told him to shut the pump(s) down and wait until conditions are more suitable.	BRANDON MINER
