6/20/2014	Site Visit 6/18/14. They weren't pumping from SOFEB, but did on 6/17. Lisa Pickhnicke called this in. Randy said they pumped traveling gun in corn field to the east of the feedlot. Randy said they pumped because the SOFEB and solids settling is built such that runoff backs up into the pens. SOFEB did not overflow, but he did not want pens to become flooded. He said that he planned to apply more today. I told him to wait and not apply effluent until conditions are more suitable and the ground is not so saturated. Also discussed NPDES permit conditions, etc.	BRANDON MINER
