1/30/2018	1/29/18 – Talked to Rhonda about her concerns with the Couser Cattle Facility. She has concerns with odors and Green House Gases coming from the site. Explained to her that there is no odor regulations for odors coming from AFOs. Also, said that Green House Gases are not regulated from this site and that if rules were to change to include facilities like this site this would have to be changed by lawmakers. She has concerns with runoff from the applications from the site. Asked if there was any specific site or area where this was happing – she said she didn’t have any specific site or spot. Explained to her that that facility has an NMP that establishes how much manure can be applied per acre per field and that during the last inspection several years ago was reviewed for compliance. DNR looks at how much the manure the facility will produce and make sure the site has enough land to apply that manure. She also had concerns with the Bill’s use of LCCs or LCs to cover up issues/money issues? Explained to her that we don’t look into those types of issues with money.	JEFF THEOBALD
