8/30/2017	Verified that stockpile is too close to a ditch in the field. Received stockpiling information from Abe Sandquist, consultant for Schechinger Feedlot. Records verify that manure has not been piled for more then 6 months. However, it also looks like manure from more then one source is being stockpiled. No runoff or WQ violations observed.
