5/13/2019	I phoned Doug Faas, Mayor -319-610-2045 and informed him of the complaint. Doug admitted the city does dig pits for road killed animals. I directed city to cease burial and take road kils to the land fill. Doug sent me the BH Co. Landfill receipt for the dead animals. NFA	TOM MCCARTHY
