6/4/2018	Visited the area on 6/1/18. Walked the levee area along Grand Blvd and down along the river front where Elk Run Creek enters the Cedar River. I did not see any unsuitable material use for fill or rip rap. Contacted Brian Wirtz, Evansdale flood plain contact, and discussed the complaint. He had not heard of any complaints but will check with other city staff. He will also monitor the area.	JANET OTT
