1/27/2015	Joseph Mitchell, the Environmental Manager for this facility, gave me a tour of the areas where floor drains are located (there are many). Oil, water, and other materials captured by the floor drains and wash booth pits are pumped to two 20,000-gallon ASTs located in the facility (the ASTs are inside a secondary containment structure). The liquid waste is trucked to the Dubuque John Deere facility for treatment. I didn't observe any obvious areas of oil staining near floor drains, although I didn't inspect every floor drain in the facility. Sludge from wash booth pits is disposed of as special waste. Some sludge is removed and disposed of by Safety-Kleen.	JIM KACER
