1/26/2016	I called Ted Corrigan with Des Moines Water Works (Office: 515-283-8751, Cell: (515) 208-1910). Ted is in charge of the Distribution System. I explained the location and description of the complaint. Ted said they would find out who the cement contractor was and would also send out someone from Des Moines Water Works to check out the situation. Ted said they would clean up the road ditch if conditions were as described.	BILL GIBBONS
