11/30/2009	11/19/2009 Met on site w/ Jaco Stile, Assistant Division Manager. Stated that the former Iowa Ham bldg. was removing 18" of soil from the parking lot to extend the bldg. for the current owners, Abraxis. Transco offered to take some of the excavated soil for use in future projects. Material is being stored in two places on Transco property. No violation noted.	AMBER SAUSER
