5/24/2013	Observed remains of County Fair building at location in a burn pit where previous burning had taken place. There were aslo oil filters, air filters, tires etc. in the burn pit waiting to be burned. Leslie admitted to dumping parts of the building there saying it was the last 1-2 loads and he didn't want to send a load containing some dirt to the landfill. Disposal receipts required by 7/15/13, told Leslie do not dispose of materials by burning.	BRIAN JERGENSON
