1/9/2025	After multiple attempts to contact owner by phone I visited the site on 1/6/24. The facility was closed. I left a card and phone message asking to call me back. I observed some appliances stored outdoors. On 1/9/25 I received a call from the owner, Brittany, who noted that were actively working with Susan Johnson, DNR Des Moines, and not currently demanufacturing as the site wasn't zoned properly and would be moving soon. No demanufacturing will occur until they are in the new building and a permit is received. I recommended she contact us upon moving to the new site so we can schedule an inspection. I attempted to contact the complainant but the phone was disconnected. NFA at this time.	AMBER SAUSER
12/18/2024	Attempted to contact by phone on 12/17/2024. Left a message at 319-212-8030. The other two numbers did not work. Called back all three numbers on 12/17/2024 before visiting. Left a message on the same line. Received a text message from the 8030 number. The person noted they were with Reliable Recycling and would call back to discuss their ADP permit as hey were currently away at an appointment. I sent subsequent text messages and a voicemail asking them to call back and meet me on site. No response was received that day.	AMBER SAUSER
