3/25/2013	Investigated complaint with numerous phone calls to the phone number given in the complaint - no live answers - always " leave a message" but never got a return. Trying to find Pippett through the assessor was not successful. The address given in the complaint was for the former owner of Midwest Scrap Metal, Mr. Steve Pottebaum. Also, Steve was formerly listed as a mobile demanufacturer with an ADP permit, which was recinded after numerous attempts by myself and Sue Johnson, DNR Solid Waste Section, ADP Permit writer, to do a renewal inspection, and we were never able to arrange a meeting to conduct the renewal inspection. It was also learned, from other 3rd party demanufacturers that Steve had sold the business and baler sometime in 2009. Routine attempt to locate Pippett were made through the summer of 2011.
