5/4/2020	Note:I called Brian Ward, landfill manager, to tell him of the complaint. He said they explored the option of using the material for cover but decided against it due to the odor. He said they do not want odor complaints and they will get it covered quickly as it comes in. I told him of Mike's lime idea and they may try it, depending on the need. I sent an email to Mike Smith.
