9/23/2014	I visited with Leonard, Dave, and Jake Gravel (new employee) about the complaint. I instructed the transfer station that if they choose to reject a load alternative disposal options must be given to the hauler. Leonard stated that they are moving forward with plans to install a compactor for recyclables but need to do some electrical work. They do not want to accept recyclables right now because they are still power washing the floor from the waste being on the floor for an extended time. I recommended that they offer alternative disposal methods, accept in a roll-off container, or finish power washing and accept in the building until the compactor is operational.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
