11/9/2010	This is the exact same complaint as i've been investigating for over a year, and i just did the same complaint on 10/13/10...the only reason this complaint was filed was due to the complainant from the previous complaint gave her my name to call me and he encouraged her to file another complaint. I also got several since then. The landfill is working on the situation and they've installed 16 additional gas collection wells which is above and beyond what the law requires them to do. They just have to get the gas collected and flared and then the nuisance will be taken care of, and that takes some time.	KURT LEVETZOW
