5/6/2022	On March 8, 2021 I met with Tyler Rogers and he provided a tour of his property and showed me the bird issues. He explained that the Iowa City Landfill is not covering the waste completely and it is attracting the birds to the area. I met with Jason at the IC Landfill and we discussed the birds and their efforts to migatate the birds from the landfill. He mentioned that the trees around the main entranace were cut down in the last year or so.	RYAN STOUDER
