4/24/2014	Recieved a letter dated 4-18-2014 from the Dickinson Landfill outlining plan of action for controlling windblown litter in response to the NOV letter dated 4-10-2014 associated with the complaint #17472.	BRYON WHITING
4/9/2014	Site visit by Bryon Whiting on April 8, 2014 revealed a windflown litter [567 IAC 102.13(2)] violation. Clean up efforts were continuing and the violation still existed during my April 8, 2014 site visit. See attached NOV and required response request letter.	BRYON WHITING
