6/11/2021	I did not see an issue of wind blown litter on 6-7-21. I spoke with Todd again on wind blown litter. He stated that many people are still not covering their loads which is a Dickinson County regulation. The landfill charges $15 for uncovered loads. He said he was going to contact the County Supervisor again. I recommended given him my number.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
