8/11/2017 I emailed the photos (the ones that were submitted to this office on 8/5/17) to Brad Seward and asked for an explanation as to why the landfill appeared to once again be uncovered at the end of the working day. A couple hours later, Brock Swan called me (Brad forwarded the email to him). Brock claimed that the photos didn't make sense, as he said he personally covered waste at the end of the day on that Friday (8/4/17). He said they've started taking their own photos of the working face at the end of the day to prove they covered waste. I asked if he had photos from 8/4/17 then.....he said they didn't then, but they started Monday the 7th as they had JUST received the Administrative Order requiring the weekly photo submission. Brock also said they were approved to use a tarp and they either have ordered it or it's already on site. At 1:30 today, I also received a call from Brad....we discussed this complaint and the sending in the weekly photos...i explained that pdf is best but i'd take whatever he sends me and if a holiday ever hits on a friday, just send in the previous days on a wednesday or thursday is fine.
