4/17/2025	Called and spoke with Mark White, Public Works Director for the city of Spencer, who informed me that the event occurred on Thursday, April 10th. Mr. White claimed the hydraulic line had a leak and sprayed hydraulic fluid on the street. The city quickly put a quick dry material down to absorb the fluid and used a street sweeper to clean it up the next day. The station reported approximately 3 gallons were lost. total. No sewer intakes were affected and no water of the state was affected.	DANIEL MORSE
