7/30/2021	I was on an inspection at Lehigh Cement for their water supply when Mr. Knoll called me and notified me of the complaint. I did not observe a dust issue at Lehigh Cement. After I completed my inspection at Lehigh Cement I went to the location of the parking lot dust complaint. I did not see any dust on cars in the parking lot. The wind was blowing out of the opposite direction, so it would have been very unlikely for any fugitive dust from Lehigh to be blown west and south to the location of the complainant. I took photos and left the scene. No further action is required. -RG	RACHEL GLAZA
