3/18/2014	Met with Bill Reed of the Boone County Landfill to discuss complaint. We looked at points where stormwater discharges. Retention ponds were dry. No obvious sign of recent discharge. Investigated Honey Creek near complainers property. Water was low flow and appeared clear.	MALIA SCHEPERS
