3/6/2018	I visited the site met with Todd Fisher, operator. She showed me the active portion of the site and the area to the south where the fenceline is located. The south area is steep and wooded making it not easily accessible. As before, I could see some of the fence, but not all. Todd reported that no one has illegally entered the site for over four years. [My inspection report is attached to a separate entry.] I subsequently talked tot he complainant and told him I thought the site was quite inaccessible Though they should maintain the fence. I suggested to Mr. Ruetter that he attend a landfill board meeting with his concerns.	BILL GROSS
