9/20/2017	Joe Reutter called to discuss the fencing issue. He will bring it to the landfill commission's attention.	BILL GROSS
8/3/2017	Lois Powers also reported that there are also security cameras around the site.	BILL GROSS
8/3/2017	I inspected the landfill and looked at the fence below the sediment basin. There were strands of wire across the area, which is rugged, wooded, and steep. Lois Powers, administrator, said they had not had a problem with people trespassing. It appeared to me that access to the site was sufficiently limited. I subsequently talked to the complainant and told him of my conclusion.	BILL GROSS
