9/12/2016	Landfill staff indicated after the 5-6 inch rainfall last week, solid waste did leave the landfill property and wash downstream. Staff retrieved waste and during my visit no waste was observed off site. I recommended they collect remaining debris along the drainage way in the landfill.	MALIA SCHEPERS
