12/11/2012	On-site investiagion 12/6. Spoke to Brett Young, Field Manager, he said he checked all his haulers and did find that a Minnesota trucking company hauling for Sunrise was CMS certified in Iowa, but did not have their two trucks marked with CMS#, etc. He said he told them to stop hauling until they did so. I also spoke to the trucking company manager on the telephone and faxed him the IAC rule reference concerning CMS signage and he said they would be properly marked immediately.	BRANDON MINER
