3/30/2023 Christian Fox of Floyd-Mitchell-Chickasaw Solid Waste Management Agency called back, he explained he personally cares about the issue and that they installed an aeration system in their 1 million gallon lagoon in November of 2022. They tried to up their numbers with the City of Osage but were unable to, and the City of Osage Engineer is trying to connect him with what sounds to be a SAGR system company out of Canada. He asked about whether to let the lagoon overflow vs. exceeding limits and I explained if it were a forced choice I would think it would be better to have it partially treated at a wastewater plant than to have it discharge. I explained he would need to hire the services of an engineer to make the decisions for best treatment options as I could not recommend any specific option. We discussed the possibility of getting a rapid ammonia test to get more information [in regards to hauling loads]. ISAIAH LARY

3/15/2023 Received emailed letter from City of Osage (not the RP) in response to NOV sent to Floyd Mitchell Chickasaw Counties Landfill, (I had cc'd the NOV to City of Osage to keep them in the loop. I responded via email to let them know we had received it but were waiting for a response from the RP. ISAIAH LARY
