6/18/2019	On 6/5/19 I received the new P-Index/Summary and the updated mgt. ID form verifying no commercial nitrogen which would increase the effluent application. On 6/17/19 I received the public notice. This plan is now approved.	ALISON MANZ
6/3/2019	An updated NMP was submitted. I reviewed and sent the following email to Joe Turner, Consultant. The NMP is not approved yet. Good morning, Joe. I finished my review of the NMP for the Northridge feedlot. 1) The field labeled E40 or The 40 should be re-evaluated and then a new P-Index report and NMP summary page submitted. The gross erosion on the P-Index page lists 4.3 but the soil loss number in the RUSLE2 report lists 7.2. These numbers should be the same. 2) It doesn't look like there are enough acres. Page 1 states that ~4.9 MG of effluent is generated. Page 2 says that the application rate is 70,000 gallons/acres. Page 3 says that the field consists of 37 acres. That would mean ~2.59 MG of effluent could be applied. Please verify and let me know the discrepancy and/or whether additional land will be used. 3) Has the public notice been completed yet? If so, please submit the documentation verifying it is done. Please let me know if you have any questions.	ALISON MANZ
