9/24/2014	The UST Section sent letter dated 8/6/2014 to this facility notifying them they had not provided a current copy of their financial assurance documents. The letter required the information be provided by 8/14/2014 and that failure to provide the documents would result in the site being red tagged to stop fuel deliveries. A file review completed on 9/24/2014 showed that a current certificate is now on file and no further action is required.	TERRY JONES
