7/20/2015	Good Morning David, This facility is currently in violation of their NPDES permit. Attached is the most recent inspection report. You’ll notice there are several requirements. While the facility is actively working on those requirements, to date, they are still not in compliance. Coincidentally, Thabit H. is reviewing their application to land apply. I would hold off on renewing this permit for the time being so that we know what is approved and what their options are. Thanks , Alison	ALISON MANZ
