11/3/2023	Received chloride POA from Tanko acknowledging the chloride exceedances. Will discuss POA in more detail NPDES Permitting and continue monitoring compliance.	TERRY JONES
10/25/2023	Whirlpool in on the QNCR for April - September 2023 for chloride SNC. Contacted Daron Tanko who indicated he believes the source is water softeners from Middle Amana residence. Provided him with the "toolbox for chloride compliance" guidance via email. He will provide a POA in the next week or two outlining their plan moving forward.	TERRY JONES
