5/24/2018 After a conference call with John Crotty (Legal Services Bureau) on 5/23/18, it was also determined an NOV will not be issued for violating terms of the wastewater permit or the consent order until the follow-up wastewater inspection is completed by FO2 staff. DAVID KNOLL
5/23/2018 Determined complaint of discolored water was valid and concluded runoff from Daybreak Foods irrigation field was the source. A follow-up wastewater inspection will be done to determine if permit requirements were being followed. A decision to refer the matter for further enforcement action will then be made.
