6/14/2016	Routine site visit, no issues noticed. I also checked on their status as an Osage wastewater SIU, since no testing data was showing up in the wastewater database. They have a treatment agreement and sample once a year, so the issue does not seem to originate with the landfill.	DAVID MILLER
