4/4/2013	Amy Buckendahl (DNR solid waste – central office) and I will visited this facility on 4APR13. Bill Rowland was away. We viewed the compost operation and noted some minor leachate generation, which we attributed to the recent frost leaving the compost. Litter control was fair, but it was being actively picked. The working face was reasonably sized and well managed. No violations were noted.	DAVID MILLER
