12/16/2015	Met with Terry Jensen, one of the certified operators. There was very little waste on the tipping floor when I was there and none of the trucks were reportedly storing waste. Terry and I discussed that the truck bay needs to be periodically cleaned between loads. There were five bails of general solid waste from Nestle's in Waverly on the tipping floor that are shipped to Indianapolis when there are enough bails to make a load. I was told that the bails are incinerated at the facility in Indianapolis. No further action other than cleaning the truck bay was necessary as a result of my visit.	BRIAN JERGENSON
