2/24/2017	Spill call received on 2/17/2017 by Liane Kroemer spill # 011717ck11828 given. Mr. Kroemer had limited information but would contact me the following week. Initial report was a release of ethylene oxide. A follow up email and phone conversation with Mr. Kroemer indicated that no spill or release actually occurred, it was an alarm malfunction and the report was precautionary. Below is an exerpt of part of an email she sent to me on 2/21/17: On Friday, I called regarding a possible EO leak above the RQ. This initial determination was based on the hydrocarbon sensor reading. It was subsequently determined that there was no EO leak. The sensor reading was caused by interference reflective of other activities in the area. Hand held EO monitors were used to confirm that there was no EO leak.	CHAD KEHRLI
