7/23/2015	Mike Smith (DNR Solid Waste Section) and I met with Yuta Naganuma et al. with MWA to discuss the draft permit renewal. Some changes and adjustments were agreed upon. We then toured the site in a pickup in muddy conditions. We examined the CCR and industrial liquid waste mixing area and the leachate collection facilities on the south side of the site. From a distance, we also looked at the new cell being excavated. We will inspect this cell when it closer to completion. Overall, I did not see any deficiencies at the site.	BILL GROSS
