12/16/2022	Brenda Smith, sue Johnson, and I attended a TSCA compliance assistance inspection inspection by the EPA at MPE SLF. Jon Pohlheiter, Art Kern, and ADP staff attended the meeting. The inspection was focused on PCB handling. Annah Murray from Region 7 organized the inspection and other EPA inspectors and contractors attended. They first discussed the appliance demanufacturing permitting and activities. They examined records and then we toured the building where demanufacturing is done. The contractor took a swipe sample of an oil stain on the concrete. It was decided that additional PCB signage and a concrete curb were needed at the PCB oil storage area. MPE is following up with this.	BILL GROSS
