7/7/2023	"Continue to mow and check for tears in liner. Notify our office when you plan on closing the basin." Mr. Feller was given a closure guidance handout. We discussed him adding dirt to the liquid that is still in the basin and then land applying it which we said was fine. He also asked about putting the insulation from the buildings roofs in the basin and then land applying. He stated the insulation is shredded newspaper. I told him that would not be ok. He may still check with Des Moines for an asbestos check and see if there are other options for the paper.	BRENT MARTENS
