6/24/2019	Manure spill occurred on 6/18/19. 061819-arm-1530 Manure pooled to the surface of the ground. One of the manholes that transfers manure from the barns to the manure storage lagoon became plugged resulting in manure to overflow the collection system and pool onto the surface of the ground. The manure was contained to the driveway / access road. Employees unplugged the collection system lines and bolted the manholes down so that manure would back up into the barns instead of overflowing the manholes. Some struvite chunks were removed from the line. Dirt was added to the manure pool to soak it up. The manure was then excavated and will be land applied. No further action.	ALISON MANZ
