9/24/2021	I noted Bloody Run Creek was clear and normal. The synthetic liner for the lagoon was installed. I noted the site was completely in grass. Jared Walz stated the area would be mowed to improve the stand. He will end the SW permit when all construction had been finalized. A digestor may be built by a third party on an area < one acre.
