10/8/2020	Visited site with Paul Petitti, Cindy Garza and Jeremy Klatt to observe HDPE liner installation progress on the storage basin. Approximately 25% constructed when we were onsite and crew was in the process of installation. Paul and Cindy discussed parameters and progress with Roger Mohn. Compaction of clay under the liner looked firm ad smooth. Jared Walz was also onsite and indicated the crew hoped to finish installation of the liner in the next day or two.	BRIAN JERGENSON
