7/30/2021	- We did find some DEF within the submersible turbine pump area, however did not determine the source -We found some fuel and water at the kerosene spill basin (fill pipe) -Water was found within the regular unleaded 8000 spill basin - Fuel was found in the spill basins for super unleaded, diesel #1 and diesel #2 In the dispenser areas we noticed significant problems throughout the diesel dispensers which are noted as follows: - Dispenser 17 was hit and is awaiting repair - Dispenser 18 had fittings damp with fuel - Dispenser 19 had a filter dripping and the sump sensor was lifted up disabling leak detection (as noted this is very serious given that the fuel level was up to the sump penetrations) *PLEASE NOTE THAT PLACEMENT OF ALL SUMP SENSORS MUST BE AT THE LOWEST POINT OF THE CONTAINMENT SUMPS -Dispenser 21 had dripping fittings -Dispenser 23 had dripping fittings Please consider opening up these dispensers more frequently to look for problems (these things take a beating day in day out). On the gas side: -Damp fittings were found on dispensers: 1/2, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16 - A leaky fitting was found on Dispenser 9/10 As discussed some items may be fixed immediately i.e. removal of product from containment areas, replacement of filters to eliminate leaks and lowering of all sump sensors. Other repairs will require professional UST service to repair leaks. Please provide a response with a plan to make corrections as they relate to what we found. As noted in the cover letter all items relate to requirements in Iowa Administrative Code 567- 135.	THAD NANFITO
