8/20/2018	I met with Mr. Kleusner and discussed the results of my fish kill investigation. I noted that I did not observe a discharge on the day of my investigation, but I have concerns that the facility discharges during large rain events. We observed manure storage areas and his grassed waterways leading toward Plum Creek. Mr. Kleusner showed me plans Pro Ag had drawn up for him this spring to decrease runoff. I left Mr. Kleusner with documents pertaining to vegetated filter strips, small cattle feedlots, and manure application separation distances.	BRIAN JERGENSON
